Better Appliance Services is a Boise-based company that handles both appliance repair and premium installations. They needed a website that clearly separated those two services, made it easy for customers to book online, and communicated trust before anyone picks up the phone. We built them a structured site with distinct paths for each service and booking baked right in.
The challeges we overcame
Better Appliance does repair and installation, but without a website, customers had no way to understand what they offer, how pricing works, or how to get started. The team needed separate flows for each service (online booking for repairs, call-only for installs) without making things feel complicated.
What we did to make it better
We built a Webflow site with dedicated pages for repair and installation, each with its own call-to-action logic. Repair customers book diagnostics online through an embedded scheduling tool, while installation inquiries route straight to a phone call. A CMS-powered appliance directory organizes everything by category, and a step-by-step "How We Work" section sets expectations before anyone reaches out.
