Kovars is a multi-location martial arts business that needed their lead flow to actually work. They had websites generating form submissions across locations, but no reliable system connecting those leads to their CRM or routing them to the right people. We built the automation layer that ties it all together, and we've continued refining it as they've grown.
The challeges we overcame
Kovars had multiple locations generating leads through their Webflow sites, but the backend wasn't keeping up. Leads weren't flowing into the CRM correctly, there was no filtering by location, and the team had no visibility into what was working where. They needed someone to build the plumbing.
What we did to make it better
We built a full automation system using Zapier that captures form submissions from their Webflow sites, logs them in Google Sheets, and pushes them into their CRM with location-specific routing. When they needed to disable automations for a specific location, we built that too, and recorded training so they could manage it themselves going forward.
