The challeges we overcame
The firm already had internal UX design capabilities and a finished Figma file ready to go. They didn't need a design partner; they needed someone who could translate their vision into a polished Webflow build, set it up so the team could manage content independently going forward, and deliver within a subscription model that made financial sense for an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time handoff.
What we did to make it better
We took their existing Figma designs and built the site in Webflow with a clean, portfolio-forward structure that lets the architecture speak for itself. The site uses animated marquee text in the hero, a project showcase designed to highlight large-scale properties, and a CMS setup that gives the internal team autonomy over content updates. The build was structured for self-sufficiency from day one.
