Risely Health coaches people with Type 1 diabetes through the stuff a 15-minute endo appointment will never cover. Their coaches actually live with T1D, which means the conversations go deeper than "adjust your ratio and come back in three months." They run 1:1 coaching, a group bootcamp (the DCB), and a podcast with over 300,000 downloads. Over 2,100 people have gone through their programs, and 98% walk away with better time in range and less diabetes distress.
The challeges we overcame
The Risely team moves fast. Coaches rotate, new programs launch, workshops pop up on short timelines, and the site needs to reflect all of it without turning into a full rebuild every time. They needed a web partner who could keep pace with their growth and handle everything from "remove this coach from the homepage today" to "we need a campaign landing page with a countdown timer by Tuesday."
What we did to make it better
We built and maintain the site in Webflow, keeping it flexible enough to evolve week to week. Coach profiles live in the CMS so the team can update them, but we handle the heavier structural work: homepage refreshes, converting CMS landing pages into reusable component-based templates for faster campaign launches, countdown timers for live workshops, routing updates across their T1D adult, parent, and family coaching pages, and quick-turn requests like swapping image links or pulling team members off pages. The site stays current because we're in there regularly.
