They help agencies fill licensed and non-licensed positions (local and remote) fast, with a network of over 150,000 virtual interviews conducted and 1,000+ candidates placed. They also offer subscription access to a filtered database of ready-to-hire licensed candidates.
The challeges we overcame
Top Tier needed more than a website. They needed a system that connects their candidate pipeline (Google Forms, Indeed emails) to their CRM (Pipedrive), routes new agent sign-ups correctly, and keeps their recruiting operation running smoothly without manual data entry at every step. The site itself needed to convert visitors into consultation bookings and subscription sign-ups for their candidate database.
What we did to make it better
We built the Webflow site with clear conversion paths for both agency owners (free consultation booking) and candidates looking to get placed. Behind the scenes, we built and maintain a suite of Pipedrive automations: Google Form submissions flow directly into Pipedrive as leads, Indeed email candidates get parsed and pushed into the CRM with their screening questions intact, and new agent sign-ups route to the right team member automatically. When something breaks (like candidate 6070 not showing up), we troubleshoot and fix the automation pipeline.
